This exhibit interactively illustrates the functions of an industrial robot. It takes the user on an entertaining journey to understand the basic features of the robot.

Using AR, the robot demonstrates the motion of various joints, shows different types of movements it can make, and invites the user to play a game of stacking boxes with her.

An industrial robot is a robot system used for manufacturing.  They are automated, programmable and capable of movement on three or more axes.

Industrial robots are used in many application areas, such as material handling, loading, and unloading of machines, palletizing and depalletizing, spot and arc welding. They are used by many companies in applications such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, food and consumer goods.
